COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive MC7B0008-5A3-4-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Shinko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Shinko such as the 3ASSYC807400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IDM1402 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGS75013 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MCV41A00405A340T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as C40S1203AA300 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TIM71 made by Sick as well as the popular 1204160 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40E0401AN310 by Sick and C40S1203AA300 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M40S66A303AA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
